Johnna Swinford is our new Client Services Specialist. Johnna, who goes by Jo, provides excellent customer service through phone, email or in person. Jo keeps the wheels of the office moving smoothly by preparing and following up on paperwork, answering phones, and scheduling appointments. She brings her organization, attention to detail and nearly 10 years of customer service skills to SBI.
Jo and her husband recently moved back home to Minnesota from Florida, where Jo obtained a Certified Public Manager Certification from Florida State University.
Jo has spent a lot of time volunteering at the American Legion in Florida where she was previously the president of their auxiliary unit. Her husband is a United States Army veteran, and she has a passion for helping other veterans and their families. She hopes to join a unit up here in the future. On her days off, Jo enjoys spending time being creative, making, crafting, and building things.
